She works with various concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, academic and workplace stress, adjustment difficulties, school avoidance, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relational difficulties, and self-esteem.
Heather takes a compassionate, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She enjoys immersing herself in nature, trying new recipes, playing soccer, connecting with family and friends, and giving back to her local community.
