Meg is a fully qualified Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Meg has completed a Bachelor of Psychology Honours from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Meg is also a Board-approved supervisor.

Meg is compassionate and client centered and aims to create a collaborative and supportive relationship with her clients to facilitate meaningful change. Meg has extensive experience working in non-government organizations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing counselling support for those struggling with complex issues such as alcohol and other substances, depression, anxiety, psychosis, suicidal ideation and self-injurious behaviour.

Meg enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents of teens and can provide strategies and support for a wide range of issues including stress, communication, boundaries and personal relationships and mood concerns. Meg is eclectic in her approach, using a range of evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and drawing from Family Systems Theory (IFS).
