Brooke is a fully qualified Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Association of Psychology. Brooke has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Psychology at the University of Wollongong.

Brooke is experienced in treating people who are struggling with issues such as: complex and developmental trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, eating disorders and body image issues, schizophrenia and psychosis, stress, relationship difficulties and domestic violence. She has worked with people across all ages including children, adolescents and adults.

Brooke loves working with children, and their parents, and has a particular interest in developmental psychology. She can provide treatment, strategies and psychoeducation on a range of difficulties including but not limited to: behavioural problems (such as aggression, tantrums, impulsivity); attention and concentration difficulties; family separations; grief and loss; communication; unhelpful family dynamics and boundaries.

Brooke tailors her treatment to the individual and integrates treatment interventions from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other Somatic and Mindfulness based therapies. Brooke also has facilitator training in the Circle of Security which is a relationship-based intervention program designed to enhance attachment security and bonding between parent/caregivers and their children.
