Can I get a medicare rebate when I see a psychologist?
Yes, you are eligible for up to 10 medicare rebates per year when you have a referral and a mental health care plan from your GP.
Are my sessions confidential?
Yes, and your psychologist will further go over all aspects of confidentiality in your first session.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, all of our clinicians offer a telehealth option of either phone or video appointments.
How many sessions will I need?
Each person is different. Some people may require 6-10 sessions while some require ongoing treatment. Sessions are generally offered weekly or fortnightly to begin.
What are the fees?
Our fees range from $245 – $305 per session.
Do you charge cancellation fees?
Yes, we do. We charge the full fee if you cancel later than 9am the (business) day prior to your appointment.
