Katie, a registered psychologist with extensive business management experience, possesses a unique combination of clinical skills and corporate
expertise. With a person-centered focus and evidence-based therapy, Katie aims to support individuals in navigating various challenges and achieving personal and professional goals.
Katie works with clients of all ages facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, hoarding disorder, career transitions, interpersonal challenges, and relationship issues. Employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, Katie tailors interventions to meet everyone’s unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, fostering positive change.
Beyond clinical work, Katie supports corporate clients in addressing psychosocial hazards and promoting mental well-being in the workplace.
